• Mike Goodridge

  Founder

  Mike Goodridge is an international producer whose London-based company Good Chaos was established in 2020.

  At Good Chaos, he has five films in post-production including The Ballad Of A Small Player directed by Edward Berger and starring Colin Farrell and Tilda Swinton for Netflix; Orphan, which is the new film by Oscar-winning director Laszlo Nemes; and Sisu 2, the sequel to Jalmari Helander’s 2022 hit action movie.

  Also scheduled to premiere in 2025 are Shih-Ching Tsou’s Left-Handed Girl which Goodridge produced with Oscar winner Sean Baker, and Ish, the debut film from Turner Prize winning visual artist Imran Perretta.

  Goodridge produced two films shortlisted for the international film Oscar in 2024 – Baltasar Kormakur’s Touch from Iceland and Sandhya Suri’s Santosh from the UK. Santosh was selected for Un Certain Regard at Cannes.

  Previous credits include Oscar nominee and Palme d’Or winner Triangle Of Sadness, Oscar nominee Quo Vadis, Aida?, two Cannes competition entries Tchaikovsky’s Wife and Club Zero, and Sisu.

  Coming up are new films from Ruben Ostlund, Eliza Hittman, Anna Biller, Kornel Mundruczo and Andreas Fontana.

  Goodridge ran finance, production and sales company Protagonist Pictures from 2012 to 2017 where he oversaw over 70 films including Cold War, American Honey, The Lobster, Hunt For The Wilderpeople, The Florida Project and Lady Macbeth.

  He was a trade journalist, editor and critic for many years and has written three books on film.

• James Bowsher

  Producer

  James Bowsher works as in house producer at Good Chaos. This work has entailed putting him across the development and finance of various films and series. In so doing, James has been working in the financing and pre-production stages of several productions.

• Yoav Rosenberg

  General Manager

  Before joining Good Chaos, Yoav worked for Head Gear Films, a senior debt lender investing in 30-50 film and TV projects per year. He holds an LL.B and spent time in high-tech M&A before moving into film and television.

• Catriona Renton

  Head of Development

  Catriona joined Good Chaos in 2023 as Head of Development, where she works across both film and tv. Prior to this she was Head of Development at Two Brothers Pictures, where alongside developing both drama and comedy, she co-exec’d upcoming BBC/HULU comedy series DINOSAUR, was the Story Producer on BBC’s comedic thriller BOAT STORY, and script edited various projects including LIAR S2 and the second season of Emmy-award winning comedy FLEABAG. In 2021 Catriona spent seven months in Australia as the AP of hit BBC/HBO Max thriller THE TOURIST, which starred Jamie Dornan. She started her career working in theatre and production.

• Sydney Oberfeld

  Associate Producer

  Sydney supports the producers’ and works across the company’s slate from development to production. Originally from Montreal, she previously worked in production on feature films such as Isabel Sandoval’s Lingua Franca and produced short films funded by the BFI and Film4.

• Ella Ritchie

  Development Coordinator

  Ella joined Good Chaos in 2024 as a graduate of the Producing MA at the National Film and Television School. Prior to film school, Ella earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh and subsequently worked in Investor Relations at a private equity firm specialising in financial services. Her role includes supporting the Head of Development across an active film and television slate as well as assisting the General Manager on the finance and legal side of the business.
