Who We Are

  • Mike Goodridge

    Founder

    At Good Chaos, he has produced, co-produced and executive produced over 20 feature films with directors including Edward Berger, Ruben Ostlund, Baltasar Kormakur, Laszlo Nemes and Jalmari Helander. His films have been selected for Cannes, Venice, Telluride, Toronto, Berlin and Sundance among many other festivals, and have won multiple Oscar, BAFTA and EFA awards and nominations.

    Prior to setting up Good Chaos, Goodridge was previously CEO of Protagonist Pictures where his credits include iconic films like Cold War, American Honey, The Lobster, The Florida Project, Lady Macbeth, Love & Friendship, God’s Own Country, Hunt For The Wilderpeople and ‘71.

    Prior to Protagonist, he was the editor of Screen International and Screendaily.com, and spent 12 years in Los Angeles as Screen’s US editor. He has been a festival director at the Macao Film Festival (2017-2020) and programmer for Sarajevo (2012-2017) and is the author of three books on film.

  • Teresa Moneo

    Creative Director

    Teresa Moneo started her career in New York at Miramax Films in sales and then acquisitions, identifying and acquiring some of the company’s biggest international successes including Roberto Benigni’s Life Is Beautiful, which to this date is one of the highest grossing non-English language films ever in North America, and Walter Salles’ Oscar-nominated Central Station. In 1997, on her move to London, she focused on the company’s European interests, switching to production and development in 2000 and Executive Producing some notable hits including Alejandro Amenabar’s smash hit The Others, Stephen Frears’ Dirty Pretty Things, Tom Tykwer’s Heaven and Giuseppe Tornatore’s Malena.

    In 2005 she joined Focus Features as SVP of production, and later EVP of production. Among her notable success stories is One Day, which she bought as a manuscript and converted into a film directed by Lone Scherfig and starring Anne Hathaway, Joe Wright’s Hanna starring Cate Blanchett and Saoirse Ronan and Sarah Gavron’s Suffragette with Carey Mulligan and Meryl Streep.

    Teresa joined Netflix in 2019 as the Director of International Original Film to build the international film strategy for the company. Over the past five years, she has commissioned titles such as The Hand of God, directed by Paolo Sorrentino and Oscar-nominated for Best International Feature in 2022, and most recently Society of the Snow, directed by JA Bayona and nominated for two Oscars this year. She has just finished work on Ballad of a Small Player directed by Edward Berger, and Peaky Blinders:The Immortal Man launching in 2026.

    She joined GoodChaos as Creative Director and Producer in November 2025.  Teresa is an academy member of AMPAS, BAFTA, and the European Film Academy.

  • James Bowsher

    Producer

    James Bowsher was named BIFA Breakthrough Producer of 2024 (with Balthazar de Ganay) for Santosh and was recognised as a Screen Star of Tomorrow in 2024. A graduate of the NFTS producing course in 2020, James has contributed to every Good Chaos production to date and was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer for Santosh.

    James is a member of BAFTA and the European Film Academy.

  • Yoav Rosenberg

    Managing Director

    Yoav oversees Good Chaos’ strategy and daily operations, and leads the commercial elements across the company’s slate. Previous to joining in 2022, Yoav worked for Head Gear Films, a senior debt lender investing in 30-50 film and TV projects per year.

  • Tara Smith

    Legal and Business Affairs Executive

    Tara Smith joined Good Chaos as their Legal and Business Affairs Executive following over a decade in private practice in both Ireland and the UK. Her work has supported a broad range of clients including independent producers, studios, SVOD Platforms, documentary filmmakers and financiers through all phases of production – from development and financing to exploitation and rights management. She brings deep expertise in commercial and intellectual property law, with a clear understanding of the practical realities of production and the evolving demands of the screen industries. Tara is known for bringing both structure and personality to the chaos of production (the good kind, of course).

    Alongside her legal work, Tara serves as an Executive Producer on multiple projects, overseeing development, production and deal-making. She’s currently exploring new partnerships and financing opportunities to bring strong, distinctive stories to the screen.

  • Debra Campbell

    Financial Controller
    Debra has worked as a Production Accountant for several years, then as a Financial Controller, on both scripted and factual projects. Her experience includes working for Brown Bob Productions, Shed Productions, Warner Bros., and Capitol Films.
  • Catriona Renton

    Head of Development

    Catriona Renton joined Good Chaos in 2023 as Head of Development, where she works closely across both the film and TV slate. Before this she was at Two Brothers Pictures for seven years, where alongside being Head of Development she co-EP’d BBC/HULU comedy series DINOSAUR, overseeing the scripting process. The show went on to win a Scottish BAFTA for writing. Catriona was AP on BBC/HBO Max thriller THE TOURIST, starring Jamie Dornan, as well as working across BOAT STORY, LIAR, THE WIDOW and the second season of Emmy-award winning comedy FLEABAG. She started her career working in theatre and production.

  • Sydney Oberfeld

    Associate Producer

    Sydney supports the producers’ and works across the company’s slate from development to production. Originally from Montreal, she previously worked in production on feature films such as Isabel Sandoval’s Lingua Franca and produced short films funded by the BFI and Film4. 

  • Ella Ritchie

    Development Coordinator

    Ella joined Good Chaos in 2024 as a graduate of the Producing MA at the National Film and Television School. Prior to film school, Ella earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh and subsequently worked in Investor Relations at a private equity firm specialising in financial services. Her role includes supporting the Head of Development across an active film and television slate as well as assisting the General Manager on the finance and legal side of the business.
